Hiking in Warth-Schröcken
You can start your hiking adventure right outside the apartment building. By using the mountain railways, which are open in summer, you can make your exploration tours a few meters easier.
An extensive network of hiking trails takes you through the entire Tannberg region, which encompasses the areas of Warth, Schröcken, and Lech. From easy family hikes to challenging mountain tours with breathtaking panoramic views, Warth-Schröcken has it all.
The big advantage in summer is the connection to Lech, so you can also enjoy many beautiful hikes there. A great service for you is the shared hiking bus, which runs every half hour between the Hochtannberg Pass in Warth and the Spullersee and Formarinsee near Lech.

With a magnificent view of the Widderstein mountain landmark, the trail leads below the main road to the Warther Hof wellness hotel. Then across the road and to the right of the Steffisalp hotel to the Wolfegg plot. Above Warth, the trail leads back to the village center.
Tip.
The "Guggis" viewpoint offers a wonderful view of the village and the two hamlets of Gehren and Lechleiten. From the village center, we recommend a detour around Lake Seebach. Along the entire trail, you will find pictures of old views of the village of Warth under the title SICHTBAR (VISIBLE).
Schröcken village circular trail
Insights and views. Starting at the church in Schröcken, the trail leads along the winding old federal highway, which tells interesting stories from times gone by. The trail branches off to the right and leads to the glacier mill, a relic of the Ice Age that was formed by the power of water. After crossing the bridge over the wild Fellbach stream, you reach Alpe Felle. From here, there is a unique view of the entire village and the seven border mountains surrounding Schröcken. Passing the old Alpe Felle, the trail leads back to the village.
