... we appreciate the modern Vorarlberg architecture,
that expresses simplicity and clarity.
The simple, modern furnishings of the flat are also harmonious. It gives peace and quiet. Nothing superfluous disturbs the balance. The larch wood floor invites you to walk barefoot and feel the cosy warmth that spreads through the rooms with all your senses. The large glass fronts bring nature into the home - every sunrise and sunset is an experience in itself. There is a good reason why this house was honoured with the "State Prize for Tourism and Architecture".

Timber construction prize Vorarlberg
Building together with wood
In 2001, the Lechblick apartment house was also awarded the timber construction prize. "The four-storey building blends skilfully into the sloping topography of its surroundings. The building emerges from the snow-covered winter landscape like a crystal of shingle. A warm landmark for Warth. The combination of wood, concrete and glass continues the cosy atmosphere inside the flats," says the jury's assessment of the Lechblick.
